90-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re proud to offer our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your keepsake kit within 90 days of ordering, you can return it for a refund of the product cost.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • original condition and with its original packaging.
  • 90 days of your order date.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • As we offer free shipping on original orders, we cannot reimburse postage costs that were not charged.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Damages & Issues (Warranty Replacements)

We take product quality seriously and carefully package every order. However, if your kit arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item:

  1. support@littletreasures.com with your order number.
  2. clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  3. free replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

You do not need to return the faulty or damaged item unless instructed otherwise.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing it.

  • Cancellations requested after this window may not be possible, as orders are sent to our fulfilment team quickly.
  • If your order has already shipped, it can still be returned under our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee (return shipping at buyer’s expense).

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

  1. Email our customer support team at with your order number and details.
  2. Our team will confirm the next steps and provide the return address if applicable.
  3. For returns, ship your kit back to us in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Once we receive your return or verify the issue, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.
